1-handle, 2-tape, 3-weight, 4-tommy bar.
Metallic gauge tape (“gauge tape”) is intended for measuring the level of oil and oil products in tanks.
Gauge tapes are produced in ten- and twenty- meter versions.
The gauge tape consists of metallic tape and weight (lead) attached to it. Onto the tape and weight, the scale of 1 mm interval is applied. For reeling of the tape onto drum, there is tommy bar being at the same time the tape retainer.
Material of the parts of weight contacting the tank bottom is spark-proof.
