PURPOSE

Automated fuel filling terminal (AFT) is intended for remote control of road tank car loading with light oil products at loading facilities of oil depots and measuring the amount of delivered oil product in units of volume (weight).

Road tank car filling terminal is controlled by the computer system of oil product recording for AZS and oil depots developed by the National Academy of Science of Ukraine or by the enterprise «Lvov-Tekhno».

Composition of the system (to be determined by the Customer):
■ PC and specialized software;
■ Set of terminals’ controllers;
■ Module of matching with the computer;
■ Electric equipment for the terminal pumps’ electric motor control

It is the most advanced integrated system of oil products’ metering allowing to minimize their losses.

Complete set of the terminal is shown in Fig. 1 (measuring error of 0,25%) and Fig.2,3 (measuring error of 0,1%).Upon request, instead of measuring the module «Satam» can be equipped with metering «Emerson» or «Promass 83».

Assemblies and parts of AFT can be made of various grades of steel and nonferrous metal, as agreed with the customer.

The delivery set may vary as requested by the customer.
