Refueling installation is intended for measuring the amount of light oil products when they are loaded into road tank cars, rail tank cars, or during product discharge, filling or pumping at loading facilities of oil depots and warehouses of oil products.

The installation (see Fig. 1) is made in the form of autonomous built-up welded structure, which is located on the frame. The installation can be completed with the unit of smooth starting and stopping of electric pump.
